SAFER is a multi-tier cybersecurity awareness and empowerment program for women in Pakistan under the National CERT capacity building initiative. It equips women from diverse backgrounds including those managing households, learners, media professionals, and entrepreneurs with the skills, confidence, and support needed to stay safe online, report abuse, and challenge digital threats without fear or stigma.
