๐๐ฎ๐ต๐ผ๐ฟ๐ฒ, ๐ฃ๐ฎ๐ธ๐ถ๐๐๐ฎ๐ป โ The National Cyber Emergency Response Team (National CERT) successfully conducted a specialized cybersecurity training session for participants of the Mid-Career Management Course (MCMC) for Civil Servants at the prestigious National Institute of Public Administration (NIPA).
The training was led by Dr. Haider Abbas, TI, Director General of the National CERT, whose visionary leadership continues to strengthen Pakistanโs cyber resilience. Joining him was Dr. Ayesha Altaf from the University of Engineering and Technology (UET), Lahore, who has been recognized as a Distinguished Trainer under the National CERT's Distinguished Trainer Program (DTP), in acknowledgment of her contributions to cybersecurity capacity building.
The session comprehensively covered a range of critical topics, including the evolving cyber threat landscape and emerging risks to government organizations, national and international data governance frameworks, incident response and crisis management strategies, and best practices for data protection and secure digital transformation.
