๐ฅ๐ฎ๐๐ฎ๐น๐ฝ๐ถ๐ป๐ฑ๐ถ, ๐ฃ๐ฎ๐ธ๐ถ๐๐๐ฎ๐ป โ As part of its ongoing commitment to strengthening national cyber resilience, the National Cyber Emergency Response Team (National CERT) successfully conducted a focused training session titled " ๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ฅ๐ข๐ฎ๐ฆ๐ฏ๐ต๐ข๐ญ๐ด ๐ฐ๐ง ๐๐บ๐ฃ๐ฆ๐ณ ๐๐ฆ๐ค๐ถ๐ณ๐ช๐ต๐บ ๐ข๐ฏ๐ฅ ๐ต๐ฉ๐ฆ ๐๐ฐ๐ญ๐ฆ ๐ฐ๐ง ๐๐ " at the 5th International Conference on Communication Technologies (ComTech-2025), co-organized in strategic partnership with the Military College Of Signals (MCS), NUST.
This specialized training was designed to introduce participants to essential cybersecurity principles and to provide a foundational understanding of how artificial intelligence is transforming the landscape of threat detection, prevention, and response. The session was specifically organized for government employees from various ministries, divisions, and attached departments, equipping them with practical insights into the evolving digital threat environment and the technologies shaping modern defense mechanisms.
The training was delivered by Mr. Bilal Ahmed, Assistant Professor at MCS, NUST, and Mr. Khurram Javed, Director Capacity Building, National CERT. Both experts brought extensive knowledge and practical experience to the session, offering valuable insights into the strategic and operational importance of cybersecurity for public sector organizations in an increasingly interconnected environment.
