The session was attended by senior officers from the Pakistan Air Force, Pakistan Navy, and Pakistan Army, along with a large number of participants representing friendly nations.
In his address, Dr. Abbas highlighted the rapidly evolving landscape of cyber warfare, emphasizing how technological advancements are reshaping the dynamics of modern conflict. He discussed the proliferation of digital threats, the weaponization of information, and the growing sophistication of cyber-attacks targeting critical infrastructure and defense systems.
Dr. Abbas also underscored the importance of enhanced cooperation among friendly nations in strengthening collective cyber defense through information sharing, joint R&D initiatives, training programs, cyber threat intelligence exchange, and the development of joint secure and resilient digital infrastructures.
