𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗽𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗟𝘁𝗱 𝗝𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘀 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗘𝗥𝗧 𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝘆𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗘𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 (𝗖𝗜𝗘) 𝗜𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲

𝗜𝘀𝗹𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗱, 𝗣𝗮𝗸𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻 — National Cyber Emergency Response Team (National CERT) of Pakistan has formalized a strategic partnership with LeapDigitals LTD under the Cyber Innovation Ecosystem (CIE) initiative, welcoming the organization as a Technology Innovation Partner. The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) marks another step toward strengthening Pakistan’s cybersecurity capabilities and promoting secure digital infrastructure.

The MoU was signed by Mr. Muhammad Ahmad Rathore Ph.D., Technical Program Director, National CERT, and Mr. Aftab Javed, Director, LeapDigitals, in the presence of Mr. Asif Raza Kazmi, Director TDC, National CERT, and officials representing both organizations.

The collaboration will facilitate technical cooperation, knowledge exchange, and capacity building in areas related to secure web infrastructure, malware-free WordPress hosting, Virtual Private Servers (VPS), dedicated server environments, and other technologies supporting secure and resilient digital services.

Through this partnership, National CERT and LeapDigitals will work toward promoting secure hosting practices, strengthening awareness of web and server security, and supporting the adoption of appropriate cybersecurity measures for organizations operating digital platforms and online services.

The Cyber Innovation Ecosystem (CIE) serves as a collaborative platform bringing together government institutions, private sector organizations, academia, and technology innovators to collectively enhance Pakistan’s digital security landscape. Through such partnerships, National CERT continues to reinforce its commitment to developing a secure, resilient, and innovation-driven cybersecurity ecosystem for Pakistan.
