๐๐๐น๐ฎ๐บ๐ฎ๐ฏ๐ฎ๐ฑ, ๐ฃ๐ฎ๐ธ๐ถ๐๐๐ฎ๐ป โ The National Cyber Emergency Response Team (National CERT) of Pakistan successfully conducted a comprehensive 5-day Project Management Professional (PMP) training program for government officials. The training was organized by the Capacity Building Directorate, reaffirming the organizationโs commitment to strengthening professional competencies, enhancing project management capabilities, and fostering effective leadership across government institutions.
A total of 41 government employees representing various ministries, divisions, and attached departments participated in the program. The training focused on internationally recognized project management principles and practices, covering project planning and initiation, scope and schedule management, cost and resource management, risk management, stakeholder engagement, quality management, procurement, project communications, leadership, team management, and monitoring and control of project performance.
The sessions were highly engaging and interactive, featuring expert-led lectures, practical exercises, case studies, project management simulations, group activities, real-world project scenarios, and collaborative discussions. Participants actively engaged with the instructors and demonstrated strong enthusiasm throughout the training, reflecting their commitment to enhancing project management practices and delivering projects more effectively within their respective organizations.
At the closing ceremony, Mr. Khurram Javed, Director Capacity Building, distributed certificates of participation among the attendees and appreciated their dedication, active participation, and commitment to professional excellence, emphasizing the importance of effective project management in achieving institutional objectives and ensuring successful delivery of public-sector initiatives.
