𝗚𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗕𝘂𝗴 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝗲𝘀 (𝗚𝗕𝗧) 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗝𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗘𝗥𝗧 𝗮𝘀 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝘆𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗘𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 (𝗖𝗜𝗘) 𝗜𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲

National Cyber Emergency Response Team (National CERT) of Pakistan has formalized a strategic partnership with GlowBug Technologies (GBT) under the Cyber Innovation Ecosystem (CIE) initiative, welcoming the company as a Technology Innovation Partner. The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed at the National CERT headquarters, marking another significant step toward strengthening Pakistan’s national cyber resilience framework.

The MoU was signed by Mr. Khurram Javed, Director Capacity Building, National CERT, and Mr. Zeeshan Bokhari, CEO, GlowBug Technologies, in the presence of officials and representatives from both organizations. The collaboration reflects a shared vision to advance cybersecurity capabilities through innovation, structured capacity building programs and industry-driven technological solutions aligned with national priorities.

As a Technology Innovation Partner under the Cyber Innovation Ecosystem (CIE), GlowBug Technologies will work closely with National CERT in areas including cybersecurity capacity enhancement specifically for academic sector, technical collaboration and the development of innovative mechanisms to address emerging cyber threats. The partnership also aims to promote knowledge exchange and foster a culture of proactive cyber defense across critical sectors.

The Cyber Innovation Ecosystem (CIE) serves as a collaborative platform bringing together government institutions, private sector entities, academia and technology innovators to collectively enhance Pakistan’s digital security landscape. Through such partnerships, National CERT continues to reinforce its commitment to building a secure, resilient, and innovation-driven cybersecurity ecosystem for the country.
