National Cyber Emergency Response Team (National CERT) of Pakistan has formalized a strategic partnership with GlowBug Technologies (GBT) under the Cyber Innovation Ecosystem (CIE) initiative, welcoming the company as a Technology Innovation Partner. The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed at the National CERT headquarters, marking another significant step toward strengthening Pakistanโs national cyber resilience framework.
The MoU was signed by Mr. Khurram Javed, Director Capacity Building, National CERT, and Mr. Zeeshan Bokhari, CEO, GlowBug Technologies, in the presence of officials and representatives from both organizations. The collaboration reflects a shared vision to advance cybersecurity capabilities through innovation, structured capacity building programs and industry-driven technological solutions aligned with national priorities.
As a Technology Innovation Partner under the Cyber Innovation Ecosystem (CIE), GlowBug Technologies will work closely with National CERT in areas including cybersecurity capacity enhancement specifically for academic sector, technical collaboration and the development of innovative mechanisms to address emerging cyber threats. The partnership also aims to promote knowledge exchange and foster a culture of proactive cyber defense across critical sectors.
