๐๐๐๐๐, ๐๐ช๐ข๐ญ๐ฌ๐ฐ๐ต โ Building on its nation-wide campaign to foster a cyber-aware society, National CERTโs "Cyber Safety for Everyone - Roadshow" in partnership with Ignite - National Technology Fund and Ministry of IT and Telecom Pakistan (MoITT), resumed in the vibrant city of Sialkot once again. This initiative, a vital element of the National CERTโs Cyber Security Capacity Building Program, aims to address the increasing cyber threats by nurturing awareness and promoting a culture of responsibility in the digital age. Following impactful sessions in cities like Quetta, Karachi, Haripur and Islamabad, the roadshow brought its message of cyber safety to Sialkot in two highly engaging sessions, each tailored to meet the diverse needs of its participants.
Following the success of the first session, Sialkot saw this initiative swell with even more enthusiasm in this session. Under the dynamic leadership of Mr. Khurram Javed, Director Capacity Building at National CERT, the sessions focused on equipping participants with the knowledge to protect their digital identities, safeguard personal data, and implement strong cyber hygiene practices. The audience embraced the interactive format, sharing their personal experiences and gaining practical insights into navigating an increasingly digitized world.
The two back-to-back sessions highlighted the importance of proactive digital safety in the modern world. Whether it was learning to detect phishing attempts, secure online transactions, or manage privacy settings on social media, the roadshow left participants with invaluable tools to stay safe online. As the "Cyber Safety for Everyone - Roadshow" continues its journey across Pakistan, its message remains clear: digital safety is a collective responsibility. With each city it visits, more citizens are empowered to stand guard against cyber threats and take control of their digital futures.
