๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ต๐ถ, ๐ฃ๐ฎ๐ธ๐ถ๐๐๐ฎ๐ป โ The National Cyber Emergency Response Team (National CERT) of Pakistan conducted an engaging and insightful Cyber Security Awareness Session for students enrolled in the Summer School 4.0 at IBAโs Center for Information & Communication Technology (IBA-CICT). The session was led by Mr. Syed Imran Haider, Assistant Director Training, National CERT, and focused on promoting cyber hygiene, raising awareness about cyberbullying and harassment, and imparting essential best practices for online safety.
In addition to key topics such as Wi-Fi security and strong password management, the session also covered social media safety, recognizing phishing and online scams, digital footprint awareness, and the importance of reporting cyber incidents. Through interactive discussions and real-world examples, students gained a deeper understanding of responsible digital behavior and how to navigate the internet securely and ethically. Their enthusiastic participation and thoughtful questions reflected a genuine interest in becoming cyber-aware citizens.
