At the recent Policy Dialogue hosted by The Executive Development Institute (EDI), National School of Public Policy, Dr. Haider Abbas, Director General of the National Cyber Emergency Response Team of Pakistan (PK Cert), delivered a compelling lecture on “Digital Ethics and Cybersecurity: Challenges and Way Forward.” The session focused on key principles of digital ethics, including privacy, transparency, accountability, fairness, security, and consent. Dr. Abbass delved into the nuanced facets of these principles, providing attendees with crucial insights into the intersection of digitization and artificial intelligence from both national and international perspectives.
