𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗘𝗥𝗧 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝟱-𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗜𝗦𝗠𝗦 𝗜𝗦𝗢-𝟮𝟳𝟬𝟬𝟭-𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗔𝘂𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗘𝗥𝗧’𝘀 𝗖𝘆𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺!

𝘐𝘴𝘭𝘢𝘮𝘢𝘣𝘢𝘥, 𝘗𝘢𝘬𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘯 – National CERT (nCERT) successfully concluded a 5-day technical training session on ISMS ISO-27001 Lead Auditor from July 6th to July 10th, 2024, as part of National CERT’s Cyber Security Capacity Building Program. This comprehensive session provided an in-depth technical and practical approach to conducting information security management systems evaluation and audit in compliance with ISO standards.

Participants included key members from nCERT, alongside representatives from strategic partner organizations. Esteemed attendees from the NTISB (Cabinet Division), Ministry of IT and Telecom, Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, NECOP, DCS, Intelligence Bureau, and Ignite engaged in this training to enhance their understanding of international best practices in audit, evaluation, and monitoring.

The impact of this training extends beyond the immediate upskilling of our cybersecurity professionals. By equipping attendees with advanced auditing skills and a deep understanding of ISO-27001 standards, the training has laid a solid foundation for more rigorous and effective information security management practices. These skilled personnel will be integral to nCERT's comprehensive auditing, evaluations, and assessments, thereby strengthening the overall governance, risk management, and compliance framework and ensuring robust information security postures.
