𝗜𝘀𝗹𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗱, 𝗣𝗮𝗸𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻 – National Cyber Emergency Response Team (National CERT) of Pakistan is pleased to announce the official launch of 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝘀𝗵-𝗥𝗮𝗱𝗮𝗿: a national phishing identification, verification, reporting, monitoring, and awareness platform to strengthen phishing awareness, enable verification of suspicious websites, and enhance cyber threat visibility across Pakistan.

National CERT Phish-Radar empowers users to:
• Verify suspicious URLs before interacting with them
• Report phishing websites and malicious links
• Increase public awareness of phishing risks
• Support national cyber threat intelligence through timely reporting
• Enhance visibility into the evolving phishing landscape
• Help build a more resilient cybersecurity ecosystem for Pakistan

The initiative reflects the strength of public-private synergy in advancing Pakistan's cybersecurity capabilities. Conceived and owned by National CERT as part of its mission to enhance national cyber resilience and cyber awareness, the Phish-Radar platform has been designed, developed, deployed, and operated by LogIQ Curve Pvt. Ltd., National CERT's valued partner under its Cyber Innovation Ecosystem (CIE) Initiative, in support of National CERT's cybersecurity objectives. The platform leverages the advanced threat intelligence, phishing detection methodologies, APIs, and supporting technologies of PhishReaper, Inc., an indigenous cyber threat intelligence platform, designed around a zero-cloud architecture.

This collaboration demonstrates how government institutions and indigenous cybersecurity companies can work together to deliver practical, sustainable, and impactful cybersecurity solutions.

National CERT encourages individuals, businesses, educational institutions, and government organizations to use Phish-Radar whenever they encounter suspicious websites or phishing links. Every report strengthens collective cyber resilience, enriches national cyber threat intelligence, and contributes to a safer digital environment for everyone.
