𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗘𝗥𝗧 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗮 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 & 𝗖𝘆𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

𝗜𝘀𝗹𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗱, 𝗣𝗮𝗸𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻 – The National Cyber Emergency Response Team (National CERT) of Pakistan, in collaboration with its Technology Partner, YOTTABYTE conducted an interactive training session for theparticipants of its Summer Internship Program 2026, strengthening their exposure to industry perspectives and real-world cybersecurity practices.

The session focused on “Threat Management & Cyber Security Operations” and was delivered by Abu Baker Gondal, Chief Technology Officer (CTO), YOTTABYTE. The session provided interns with valuable insights into contemporary approaches to understanding the threat landscape, identifying and analyzing cyber threats, assessing and monitoring risks, and responding to security incidents effectively. It also offered practical exposure to security operations in real-world environments and the operational practices involved in strengthening an organization’s cybersecurity posture, while encouraging interns to develop a proactive security mindset for the future.

The engagement reflects National CERT’s commitment to bridging young cybersecurity talent with industry, enabling interns to learn directly from experienced practitioners and gain a deeper understanding of professional cybersecurity environments.

The interns participated with keen interest and actively engaged with the trainer throughout the session, demonstrating their enthusiasm to strengthen their technical knowledge and practical understanding of threat management and cybersecurity operations.

Through its Internship Program, National CERT continues to foster meaningful connections between emerging cyber professionals and the industry, contributing to the development of a skilled and future-ready cybersecurity workforce in Pakistan.
