𝗟𝗮𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗲, 𝗣𝗮𝗸𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻- Dr. Haider Abbas, Director General, National Cyber Emergency Response Team (National CERT), Government of Pakistan, delivered an in-depth talk at the Pakistan Naval War College (PNWC) on the critical theme, “Cyber Warfare at the Operational Level of War.”

Addressing senior officers Dr. Abbas discussed how cyber has become a force multiplier across the full spectrum of operations — influencing both conventional and non-kinetic domains.
