𝘓𝘢𝘩𝘰𝘳𝘦, 𝘗𝘢𝘬𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘯 – DG National CERT, Dr. Haider Abbas (TI), delivered an impactful lecture on cybersecurity threats landscape and countermeasures at the prestigious National School of Public Policy in Lahore, addressing senior government officials from a range of critical public services.

The lecture, which brought together senior leadership from the Pakistan Administrative Service, Police Service of Pakistan, Pakistan Customs Service, Inland Revenue Service, Pakistan Audit and Account Service, Foreign Service of Pakistan, as well as federal, provincial, and departmental services, underscored the urgency of advancing cybersecurity preparedness across Pakistan’s key governmental sectors.

Dr. Haider Abbas provided a comprehensive analysis of the evolving cybersecurity threat landscape and detailed robust countermeasures to safeguard national digital infrastructure. His insights emphasized the importance of inter-organizational collaboration, advanced threat detection, and the implementation of stringent cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive data and ensure national security.
